We must inform you in accordance with our guidelines on: Health and Safety at Work, Privacy & General Data Protection Management, Accountability & Compliance, and Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Policy. 

That we record all communications for training and monitoring purposes. 

Should you attempt to discriminate against or abuse any of our staff or other service users by way of Verbal, Non-Verbal or Written communication. 

We will then submit all relevant written and verbal communications as evidence to the authorities to prosecute those found to have committed unlawful acts and behaviour.
